  • Canada & United States: live rates at checkout.

  • Outside Canada/US: please contact for a quote before purchasing — actual carrier costs only (no mark-ups).

Get wet, not gouged — shipping is billed at actual cost.

Packaging, Insurance & Signature

Artwork is professionally packaged, fully insured, and shipped Signature Required to protect your print in transit.

Inspecting Your Delivery

  • If damage is visible at delivery, ask the courier to note the damage before signing.

  • Outer cartons may show wear while the artwork remains pristine; acceptance is fine once damage is noted.

If Damage or Loss Occurs

Email info@getwetwithdazzles.com immediately with photos of:

  1. the outer box, 2) inner packaging, and 3) the artwork.
    Do not discard materials until advised—carriers may require inspection. All shipments are insured; once a claim is approved, a replacement will be issued. Refunds aren’t provided for carrier-damaged shipments.

Timelines & Tracking

Production and transit vary by size and destination. A tracking number is provided on shipment.

  • Canada/US: most orders arrive within 3–6 weeks.

  • International: timelines vary and may be extended by customs processing.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in item price or shipping quotes and are the customer’s responsibility as the importer of record. Fees vary by country and change without notice; for guidance, contact local customs.

  • Parcels are declared at full value and cannot be marked as “gift.”

  • If duties/taxes are unpaid and a parcel is returned, return and re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility (billed at actual carrier cost).
