Returns / Refunds / Damage

At Get Wet With Dazzles, we keep things smooth below the surface — even when something goes sideways. Every piece is made to order, carefully printed on premium aluminum, and inspected before shipping. Because each print is custom created, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

That said, your satisfaction matters as much as the shimmer in your new print. If something isn’t right when your order arrives, we’ll make it right.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at info@getwetwithdazzles.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and the damage

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your submission quickly and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders

All orders ship insured and require a signature on delivery. If your print hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help initiate a trace with the courier.

Custom Orders & Edits

Custom image edits or commissioned pieces are final sale once proof approval is given. We do not issue refunds after a customer has approved a digital proof or requested custom edits.

Color & Finish Variations

Each print is individually produced. Slight variations in color, tone, or finish are normal — and part of what makes your print uniquely yours. Screens can’t always capture the exact glow of aluminum in the real world.
